Clarity Starts With the Right Questions

A typical coaching engagement varies depending on your needs. It usually alternates between longer sessions and shorter focus sessions. The sessions are designed to foster inner clarity and self-leadership, with me standing beside you as a guide, questioner, network connector, sparring partner, and mentor—offering everything needed to navigate through your change. Each session includes exercises and consciousness practices as a natural part of the interaction, providing both structure and clarity. We maintain shared notes throughout the process to ensure a continuous, collaborative journey.
Before we start working together we need to find out if we are a fit. Therefore, we schedule a short call to get to know each other, getting clear on basic parameters and to agree on how we get started. There is no standard, it really depends on your needs and time available.
At the same time, I like to start with a longer session to create your personal map that incorporates what has shaped you, where you stand and where you want to go. As a personal mentor of mine used to say “What got you here, won’t get you there.” such a map helps us navigating through your personal journey together.

It ranges from brief, focused interventions addressing specific challenges, to long-term, ongoing support where I act as a trusted partner, guiding you through continuous personal and professional growth. I bring extensive experience in leadership team coaching and facilitating leadership team processes—supporting greater clarity, confidence, and purpose in how teams collaborate. Together, we co-create team and company purposes, shape clear visions, and ensure alignment with strategies. By anchoring purpose, vision, and values, we foster a stronger, more cohesive dynamic that enhances collaboration and elevates collective leadership.
This is a journey—and it evolves constantly. For nearly a decade, I’ve supported leaders and leadership teams in unlocking their full potential through inner clarity and alignment—across more than 3,500 hours of coaching and team coaching sessions, from startups to corporates.
Where do I come from?
I have always loved immersing myself in diverse contexts. Over the course of more than 4 years, I worked as an advisor for climate protection and sustainable mobility in the German Bundestag. I spent several years as a management consultant with a focus on organizational development, and I was the managing director of an NGO and a transformation consulting firm. In between jobs, I took a personal break in a monastery to, as I call it, cultivate my mind. During this time, I not only meditated (Vipassana, or Insight Meditation), but later, I also had the privilege of guiding others in meditation. After a profound spiritual experience, I returned to Germany to follow my inner clarity and guide others in their development process. Training as a systemic coach, business coach, and in ideological conversation techniques rounded out my profile.
Where am I today?
For almost 10 years, I have been accompanying people and leadership teams through various transformation processes, always with the goal of strengthening their own clarity and consciously aligning themselves. With a rich blend of experience in leadership, business consulting, politics, and mindfulness, I bring a unique, holistic approach to my work. As a leader, and as a trained systemic coach, business coach, facilitator and meditation teacher, I combine practical insights with inner wisdom. My diverse experiences make it easy for me to immerse myself in different contexts. But my true strength lies in my presence. Through this, I create a space where something truly new can emerge. And the new – the inner clarity and alignment – does not come from me, but it is already within you. Our process simply makes it visible.
